Kim Strässle studied at the University of Bern and received his doctorate in 2013. She completed her year abroad at the Department of Internal Medicine of the Aarberg Hospital under Dr. med. Ritschard and Dr. med. Lipp. She then began her specialist training as an ophthalmologist at the Eye Clinic of the Cantonal Hospital of St. Gallen under Prof. Dr. med. Valmaggia and continued her training at the University Hospital of Berne under Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dr. med. Wolf. She completed her training as an ophthalmologist in May 2018 with the specialist examination FEBO in Paris. Most recently, she worked as a senior physician, including in the glaucoma and uveitis team, at the University Hospital of Bern. Since November 2020, Dr. Strässle has been part of the team at the Bern Eye Clinic at the Lindenhof Hospital.
