All our services are invoiced according to the TarMed official health insurance scale of charges. This means that, apart from the deductible, all costs are covered by your health insurance. We will expressly advise you of any exceptions to this, which tend to be rare.

Costs

The insurance class is not relevant to the medical consultation. Invoices for our services are sent electronically via MediData (delivery company) directly to the health insurance company. It then pays the medical bill directly to us. For their information, insurants receive a statement from the health insurance company with the deductible and excess. Some health insurance funds are not connected to this system. In such cases, the doctor’s bill is sent to the insured persons for payment. Using a reclaim slip, you can apply to your health insurance company for reimbursement.
