Biography

Philipp Huber grew up in the canton of Bern. After studying medicine and obtaining his doctorate at the University of Berne from 2005 to 2011, he worked for one year in internal medicine at Münsingen Hospital under Dr. F. Repond, MD. Dr. Huber completed his specialist training as an ophthalmologist/ophthalmic surgeon at the Eye Clinic of the University Hospital Basel with Prof. Dr. med. J. Flammer, at the Eye Clinic of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital with Prof. Dr. med. M. Thiel and at the Berne Eye Clinic with Prof. Dr. med. J. Garweg. Since January 2016, Dr. Huber has been part of the team of the Berne Eye Clinic at Lindenhofspital.
